2. Products and prices. All prices are in euros and include applicable Spanish VAT (IVA; books: 4 %). Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside the EU are charged without Spanish VAT; import duties and taxes may apply in the destination country and are paid by the buyer. Shipping costs are shown before the order is completed.
3. Order and contract. Products on the website are a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the customer places the order with obligation to pay and receives our confirmation email. Contract languages are Spanish, German and English. We store the order and send it to the customer by email.
4. Pre-sale. Items marked “Pre-sale” have not been printed yet. Payment is taken when the order is placed. The expected delivery date is shown on the product page. If we cannot meet it, we will inform the customer, who may then cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days.
5. Payment. Credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed by WooPayments (Stripe).
6. Shipping. We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. For consumers, risk passes on delivery.

10. Applicable law. Spanish law applies. Consumers habitually resident in another country keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
11. Language. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
